Tunturi, a pioneer in modern home fitness, has reached a historic milestone. Founded in 1922, the company is now officially certified as a B Corp™, achieving a score of over 90 points. With this certification, Tunturi takes on a leading role in the international fitness market.

A BROAD AND HOLISTIC APPROACH
B Corp certification assesses companies based on their overall societal impact, including ethical business
practices, transparency and social responsibility.


The assessment covers five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment and customers. The
certification confirms that Tunturi meets high standards of social and environmental performance, public
transparency and legal accountability.


100 YEARS IN MOTION
Tunturi is originally from Finland, where the company started producing bicycles in 1922 as a sustainable
means of transportation. Since 1969, Tunturi has focused on fitness equipment and introduced innovations such as the first ergometer exercise bike.
