Suggested use:
Dissolve 1 serving of the product – 10 g (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Use 2 servings per day. On training days: 1st serving 30 min before training, 2nd serving immediately after training. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals.
