Assembling the bicycle

If you would like us to assemble the bike for you, please select the “Bike assembly” service. If you collect the bike yourself from either of our shops, you can leave with a bike that’s ready to ride.

If you order bike assembly and home delivery, the bike will be delivered 85% assembled. The brakes and gears are adjusted in the workshop, but to prevent damage during transport, the pedals have been removed and the handlebars turned sideways. For larger bikes, the front wheel is also removed.

Please note that if you order bike assembly, this will add 1–2 working days to your order.

If you wish to have accessories fitted, please let us know in the comments section; you can pay for the fitting on the spot or later by invoice. For courier deliveries, we can attach the kickstand, basket mount and mudguard mounts, but please fit the basket itself and the mudguards upon receipt of the goods.

The buyer is responsible for the correct final assembly of the bicycle and preparing it for use. Please note that failure to comply with this requirement will invalidate the product warranty. To ensure safety and maintain the warranty, we recommend contacting a professional bicycle workshop for the assembly and adjustment of the bicycle.
