Description
The Motobécane Concept Team Champion bike takes you back in time to 1973, when Luis Ocaña won the Tour de France . The Concept Team Champion is built exactly after this winning bike, the Team Champion model. No detail has been overlooked – even the shift levers are built into the bike frame, just like the original.
The frame is made of Reynolds #520 Cr-Mo steel, shifting is handled by a Shimano Claris derailleur. Claris is designed for versatile use, with the right number of gears for both city and off-road driving. The gear change is light, fast and precise. At the same time, the Claris gear mechanism is quite robust and requires minimal maintenance.
Panaracer GravelKing SK 28″ tires are made for high speeds even on rougher surfaces. The sudden pattern, natural rubber mixture and puncture resistance ensure a high-quality tire. The Panaracer GravelKing SK tire has a strong grip on gravel roads, but comfort is maintained. On asphalt, it rolls easily and almost silently.
The classic style is also evident on the handlebar – wrapped with brown handlebar tape to be comfortable and durable.
