Safe boxing training starts with a secure and reliable boxing bag. No space to fix the boxing bag to the ceiling or the ceiling is not suitable? Then wall mounting is the solution! Hang it on the wall with the included bolts, screws and plugs and you’re done! The boxing bag hanging point is 75 centimetres from the wall. So there’s plenty of room for the boxing bag to move with punches and kicks.

Calculate height
At what height should the wall bracket be installed? Look at the height of the tallest person using the boxing bag and add ten centimetres. The top of the bag should therefore reach ten centimetres above the head. Add thirty centimetres to this (the length of the chain) and fix the cantilever to the wall at the height of the result.
The wall bracket is best mounted on stone or concrete. Do not suspend the crown stone outdoors, weathering can affect the quality of the material and installation over time.
