The Kona Process 246 children’s bike is the natural next step for young riders looking to develop their skills further. It carries the same powerful DNA that has made the Process series so highly regarded amongst adults, but has been specially adapted for younger riders without compromising on performance. The Process 246 is highly customisable – it can be adjusted to suit the rider’s height, riding style and terrain. The model’s name refers to the option of using either a pair of 26-inch wheels or a 26″/24″ mixed-size setup, offering confident handling on a variety of trails. The brakes, with their adjustable lever travel, allow riders with smaller hands to use the brakes comfortably and modulate braking force precisely. Combined with well-tuned suspension, a low step-through height and an efficient pedalling position, the result is a bike that helps young riders progress from playful rides to more serious descents. Whether the goal is a local jump track or their first proper descent – the Process 246 is ready to help young riders try things out, develop their skills and take on new challenges time and time again.

If you would like us to assemble the bicycle for you, select the “Bicycle Assembly” service under the “Velomarket recommends” section.
If you order bicycle assembly and home delivery by courier, the bicycle will be delivered 90–97% assembled (depending on the weight and dimensions of the bicycle ordered). The bicycle will be fully assembled and adjusted in our workshop. However, to prevent damage during transportation, we remove the pedals and turn the handlebars to the side. For bicycles with carbon fibre frames, as well as larger electric bicycles, the front wheel is also packed separately in the box.
Please note that bicycle assembly adds 1–2 business days to the order processing time.
If you would like us to install additional equipment, please indicate this in the comments field. Installation can be paid for on site or later by invoice. With courier delivery, we can install a kickstand, basket mount and mudguard mounts, but we kindly ask you to install the basket and mudguards yourself after receiving the goods.
