The Christopeit RS 3 recumbent exercise bike is a durable recumbent bike that is ideal for home use. The wear-resistant magnetic braking system and quiet belt drive ensure a smooth and quiet workout. The wide seat and comfortable backrest offer maximum comfort even during longer workouts. The machine features 24 resistance levels and a backlit LCD screen, allowing you to monitor up to six workout metrics at once.
The RS 3 offers versatile training options: 10 preset programmes, 4 heart rate-based programmes, 5 customisable modes and power training independent of rotation speed. Heart rate can be measured either via sensors integrated into the handlebars or with a heart rate belt available as an optional extra. The seat can be adjusted horizontally to ensure an ergonomic position. Non-slip pedals and transport wheels add to the machine’s safety and portability.
