TheECO 1000 home exercisebike ergometer takes you to a whole new dimension. Because here, you’re your own source of energy. Thanks to its own power generation, it works completely without external electricity and also supplies its stored electricity via the USB connection inside your computer (for example to charge your smartphone or tablet during your workout).
The energy is generated by its own generator technology (no mains power or batteries required). Exercising with the ECO 1000 combines eco-friendly and health-conscious behaviour.
The ECO 1000 is equipped with an approximately 10 kg wear-resistant magnetic braking system and a silent flat belt transmission for a quiet workout and excellent roller behaviour. Exercise resistance can be precisely and accurately adjusted with a 24-step, computer-controlled resistance setting.
The backlit LCD display allows you to see 7 display values at once. It is very easy to read and easy to handle thanks to the clear control buttons. Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting different programmes. A variety of workouts is possible thanks to 12 predefined training programmes, as well as heart rate training in four heart rate-based programmes. With five personalised training programmes, you can create your own training programmes, while a rotation-independent cotton wool programme allows for targeted and consistent resistance training at a freely selectable frequency. A fitness test function evaluates your workout after your workout according to a rating scale.
The hand grips on the exerciser allow you to use hand pulse sensors to monitor your heart rate during exercise. Optional heart rate training with a heart rate monitor is available, as the computer is equipped with a built-in receiver for non-listed heart rate monitors with a transmission frequency of 5.0-5.5 kHz. The comfort saddle is horizontally, vertically and incline adjustable, ensuring a comfortable training position. Anti-skid pedals with pedal belt ensure a stable and secure foot position during exercise. The front wheels allow easy manoeuvrability and the adjustable footrests ensure a stable position.
In addition, the ECO 1000 is equipped with the Kinomap function. This allows for an entertaining and interactive workout with Android or IOS devices, as well as recording of workout data. After a free trial period, the Kinomap app can be purchased for a monthly fee.
