With the Hammer XT6 cycling trainer, you can improve your fitness, reduce weight and give a real workout to your cardiovascular system. You can choose between manual and automatic resistance adjustment. The resistance can be set between 10 and 350 W and can be adjusted in increments of 5 watts – so even the most ambitious athletes can train. The steering and saddle can be adjusted in a variety of ways to suit every trainee.
