The Vogue Journey electric box bike is equipped with a 13 Ah 36 V battery with a total capacity of 468 Wh – you can ride about 50 kilometers with one charge. Considering the weight of the bike, that’s not a bad result! The battery is easily removable with the included key so it can be connected to the charger indoors, perfect! Since the battery is under the seat, it is well protected from things like rain and shocks. The battery can also be charged through a special opening in the box, so it is not necessary to remove the battery.
The Bafang LCD screen is located on the left side of the handlebar. From there you can read the displayed data – the battery indicator, the speed in the middle, the engine support level at the top and the distance traveled (trip or total). The light comes on in the upper right when you have the lighting on (automatic).
The Vogue Journey electric box bike has hydraulic disc brakes , which is a unique option in this price range! These brakes require less maintenance and the stopping power is more controllable. Do you want to stop the bike on the slope or let the kids in? The box bike also has a handbrake/parking brake that prevents the bike from rolling.
