The weight increments can be adjusted in 8 steps by means of a rotary knob. The computer, with tablet and smartphone holder, can be easily operated with the push of a button and the large LCD screen is easy to read. The heart rate sensors are integrated into the hand grips and can be used to monitor heart rate during exercise. Anti-skid pedals ensure a stable foot position when exercising.
