TheChristopeit EL 8000 elliptical trainer is equipped with a wear-resistant induction braking system of approximately 12 kg and a silent belt transmission. This allows for silent training with very good concentration. The weight level can be conveniently adjusted in precise increments using a 32-level computer-controlled resistance setting.
The backlit LCD screen is very easy to read and use. You can choose from 23 different workout programmes, plus you can create your own workout profiles with personalised workout programmes. A speed-independent power programme allows targeted load training at a freely selectable frequency.
A combination of running, cycling and stepping, as well as an elliptical forward and backward motion pattern with ergonomically optimised hand grips ensure a particularly joint-friendly workout for the muscles of the legs, buttocks, hips, thighs and arms.
The exerciser is compatible with the Christopeit-Sport Connect app and equipped with Kinomap function. The Kinomap app allows you to workout in an entertaining and interactive way with Android or IOS devices and record workout data. After a trial period, the Kinomap app can be purchased as a paid monthly subscription.
