Ingredients:
L-arginine hydrochloride; beta-alanine; creatine monohydrate; capsule shell [gelatin, glazing agent (hydropropyl methyl cellulose)], [gelatin, colorants (iron oxide and hydroxides, titanium dioxide)], anhydrous caffeine, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate); bitter orange extract (Citrus aurantium) [10% synephrine]; rosehip extract (Rhodiola rosea) [3% rosavin, 1% salidroside]; black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) [95% piperine].
Recommended daily intake:
6 capsules.
Suggested use:
Take one serving (3 or 6 capsules) with 300ml of water. Take one serving 30 minutes before starting your workout. Start with 3 capsules and increase to 6 capsules over time.
