The stable exercise bike Christopeit AL 1 is equipped with a wear-resistant magnetic brake system of approx. 9 kg and a quiet flat rubber belt drive, which enables quiet training with very good uniformity. Pedal resistance can be adjusted to 8 different levels as desired.

The trainer has a tablet and smartphone holder and an easy-to-use, large LCD screen that allows convenient monitoring of readings and can be easily operated using touch-sensitive buttons. Hand pulse sensors are integrated into the handles and can be used to monitor heart rate during exercise. The handlebars and the saddle can be adjusted by the angle of inclination, and the saddle can be adjusted vertically and horizontally by the quick clip for height to choose a comfortable individual training position. Anti-slip pedals with a separate pedal mount ensure a stable foot position on the pedals. The first transport wheels allow the device to be easily moved, and the rear adjustable foot clamps ensure a secure condition of the device.
