The robust Christopeit BT 4 exercise bike is equipped with a wear-free 7 kg magnetic braking system and a quiet belt drive, ensuring a quiet and smooth workout. The resistance levels can be conveniently adjusted across 24 levels. The easy-to-use Soft-Touch computer, which features a tablet and smartphone holder, is equipped with an LCD screen divided into 6 windows, allowing multiple metrics to be displayed simultaneously. It can be easily operated using touch-sensitive buttons.
Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting from a variety of programmes. The various training programmes allow for a varied workout, ranging from 10 pre-set training programmes to heart rate-based training with different intensity levels. 5 individual training programmes allow you to create your own training plans. The fitness test function evaluates your results after a workout using a grading system similar to school marks. Hand pulse sensors are integrated into the handlebars and can be used to monitor your heart rate during training. The saddle can be adjusted vertically and horizontally via a quick-release mechanism to select a comfortable, individual training position. Non-slip pedals with separate pedal tension ensure a stable foot position whilst pedalling. The front legs allow for easy adjustment of the machine’s position, whilst the rear adjustable legs ensure the machine remains stable.
