Description
EM03 HMS metal expander with springs is designed for training muscle groups of the upper body. The expander consists of five springs, which are attached to two handles by means of hooks. The weight force of the expander is regulated by an appropriate number of springs. The expander can also be used for general training as well as for solving health concerns.
