When wearing boxing gloves, it is always advisable to wear inner gloves. You put them on – as the name suggests – under the boxing gloves. The inner gloves ensure that the gloves fit better around the hands and wrists and are therefore particularly strong. In addition, they provide extra protection to the knuckles and reinforce the inner hand, as well as protecting the more delicate smaller bones of the hand.
