Assembling the bike

If you would like us to assemble the bicycle for you, please select the service “Bicycle Assembly.” If you come to pick up the bike from either of our stores, you can leave with a fully ride-ready bicycle.

If you order bicycle assembly together with courier delivery to your home, the bike will be delivered approximately 85% assembled. The brakes and gears are adjusted in the workshop, but to prevent transport damage, the pedals are removed and the handlebar is turned sideways. For larger bikes, the front wheel is also removed.

If you would like additional accessories installed, please mention this in the comments field. Installation can be paid for on-site or later by invoice. When using courier delivery, we can install the kickstand, basket mount and mudguard mounts, but the basket itself and the mudguards should be installed after receiving the goods. 

The buyer is responsible for the correct final assembly and preparation of the bicycle for use. Please note that failure to comply with this requirement will void the product warranty. For safety and warranty protection, we recommend having the bicycle assembled and adjusted by a professional bike workshop.
