Maximum load capacity It is important to know the maximum load capacity of the parts of your equipment. You can find it in the pictures. If you subtract the maximum load capacity from your body weight, you know how many weights you can use. You only add your weight to the parts you can sit or lie on. Example: If you weigh 100 kg, you can train with 50 kg on the WB40 before reaching the maximum load capacity of 150 kg.

The weight bench is equipped with a multifunctional arm and leg trainer in the front. Use this trainer with a support pad and strong handles for a safe and controlled workout. Store weight sheets properly when not in use: Dumbbell pads also provide storage space.
Additional security
