The START LFXT series of lubricants are designed for both amateur and competitive athletes, containing low levels of fluorine. These greases are suitable for use in all snow conditions where humidity ranges from 55-100%. In addition, the LFXT series paraffins are also used as a base coat for competition (high fluorine) greases.

Melt a layer of lubricant at the appropriate temperature onto the cleaned ski surface and apply with an iron. Remove the excess by scrubbing. Brush the base of the nib longitudinally with a brass brush to bring out the texture and polish with a nylon brush. Avoid scorching and ensure adequate ventilation. Use a respirator if necessary.
