Maximum load capacity – It is important to know the maximum load capacity of each part of your equipment. You can find it in the pictures on the right. By subtracting the maximum load capacity from your body weight, you know how much weight you can load. Body weight is only counted if there are parts you can sit or lie on. Example.
Adjustable lever – The equipment is equipped with an adjustable lever. Combined with the weight bench, the lever is ideal for chest and shoulder exercises such as lat press, press and shoulder press.
