Maximum Load Capacity – It is important that you know the maximum load capacity of each part of your equipment. You can find it on the right of the pictures. If you subtract the maximum load capacity from your body weight, you know how much weight you can load. Body weight only counts if there are parts you can sit or lie on. Example: If you weigh 100 kg, you can train with up to 150 kg on the WT80 before reaching the maximum load capacity of 250 kg.
Adjustable lever – The equipment is equipped with an adjustable lever. When combined with a weight bench, the barbell is ideal for pectoral and shoulder girdle exercises such as barbells, push-ups and shoulder presses.
Adjustable backrest – The bench is adjustable and can be easily adjusted to your most comfortable training position.
Collapsible bench – Push the weight bench aside and you have room for tricep extensions, bicep curls, calf raises, squats, rows and other standing exercises.
Weight Plate Storage – A home gym is suitable for Olympic and regular dumbbells. There is space on the sides of the frame to store different weight plates.
Use your own weight plates 30 + 50 mm – Decide how hard you want to make your workout by placing the desired number of weight plates on the bar. Two locks ensure that the scales stay securely in place.
