Description

RUNNER’S MULTIVITAMIN contains glucosamine and hyaluronic acid, as well as vitamin C, which contribute to the normal formation of collagen for normal cartilage and bone function. The product also contains magnesium, manganese and zinc, which help maintain normal skeletal function. B vitamins such as vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin and vitamin B12 help reduce fatigue and tiredness, while pantothenic acid and thiamine help maintain normal energy metabolism.

EFFECTIVE PREMIX [L-Citrulline; L-Arginine HCl; Beta-Alanine]; VITAMIN COMPLEX [Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); Maltodextrin; Niacin (nicotinic acid amide); Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); riboflavin; thiamine (thiamine mononitrate); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid); biotin (D-biotin); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)]; MINERALS COMPLEX [magnesium oxide; ferrous fumarate; maltodextrin; zinc oxide; manganese sulphate; copper citrate; potassium iodide; chromium chloride; sodium molybdate; sodium selenate]; capsule shell (gelatin; colouring matters – titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides); GLucosamine sulphate; sodium hyaluronate; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily allowance:
2 capsules.

Suggested use:
Take 1 capsule with 300 ml of water twice daily, preferably immediately after meals.
Do not use for more than 3 months.
