whey protein concentrate (from milk) (91,2%); flavourings; maltodextrin; MCT oil (1,5%); thickener – sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; natural cream flavour (0,5%); sweetener – sucralose.

Recommended daily allowance:
90 grams.

Suggested use:
Dissolve one serving of protein – 30g (two scoops) in 200ml of water or milk – use a shaker or blender. Consume 3 times a day.
On training days: first portion on waking, second portion 1,5 h after training, third portion at bedtime.
On non-workout days: first dose on waking, second dose between meals, third dose at bedtime.
