91.7% CFM whey protein isolate [whey protein isolate (from milk); emulsifier (lecithins)], sweetener (sucralose), flavourings, thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose).
Recommended daily allowance:

Suggested use:
Dissolve one 30 g serving in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings per day.
On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving within 1,5 hours after training, 3rd serving before going to bed.
On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before bedtime.
