Training with rhythm
When training with Speedball, everything revolves around the right rhythm. With the rotating ball, you hang the ball on a special speedball platform. This rotation ensures quick movement of the ball in all directions. As you rhythmically hit the ball, it “dances” against the platform and you have to quickly decide where to make the next shot.
