Rowing is an ideal full-body workout for strengthening your cardiovascular system and burning calories. With this device, you can row in the comfort of your own home, just like on the water, and benefit from many of the positive aspects of rowing.

On calm waters
The ball-bearing sports seat ensures extremely low-friction movement on a 135-centimeter aluminum rail and enables smooth rowing. The seat is 45 cm above the ground, which immediately creates the feeling of being on a professional rowing boat. The footrests are only 9 cm apart, which ensures an ergonomic rowing position.

Your coach
The integrated training computer with a blue LCD screen allows you to always keep an eye on your training data. This means that you can always adjust your training to your individual goals. The rowers offer 12 different training programs to ensure motivation. By connecting a standard 5kHz heart rate belt to the device, you can keep an eye on your heart rate and train with one of 4 heart rate programs.

Full speed ahead
Thanks to the easily controllable resistance, you can always train at the ideal intensity. The training computer offers a maximum air resistance of 350 watts, which can be adjusted in 16 steps. In addition, you can set the training intensity by adjusting the density and strength of the pulls. This means that everyone from beginners to professionals can train with the device.
