Leader Performance Superhydrate sports drink, created in collaboration with the Finnish Olympic Committee, keeps the body hydrated during workouts.

HBCD Cluster dextrin, isomaltulose, maltose, fructose.
Premium Cluster Dextrin™ HBCD, a highly branched cyclic dextrin that absorbs faster than traditional maltose. Isomaltulose is also a source of carbohydrates.

Guerande sea salt and potassium and magnesium.
An effective and rapidly absorbed sports drink powder. Carbohydrates, which release energy at four different rates, make the product unique. Cluster Dextrin™ is a highly digestible carbohydrate that moves quickly from the digestive tract to the muscles. Traditional maltodextrin absorbs a little slower. Isomaltulose is a compound similar to table sugar that has been modified to break down more slowly and be more tooth-friendly. Fructose can increase the maximum amount of carbohydrate absorbed per hour by 50% from 60 grams to 90 grams, and is particularly useful in endurance sports.

L-leucine acts as a fifth source of energy during performance. It also activates protein synthesis, which is always beneficial for the athlete. The salt, magnesium and potassium additives in sports drinks replace electrolytes lost through sweating and maintain fluid balance, such as salt. Guerande sea salt naturally contains small amounts of several minerals and trace elements.

Vitamin C promotes the normal functioning of the immune system during and after hard exercise and normal energy metabolism.

Leader Super Hydrate Sports Drink Citrus is a carbohydrate-electrolyte drink powder that provides energy and hydration during performance. The drink powder can also be used to refuel carbohydrates and hydrate and recover from a strenuous endurance workout or competition.

Dose 1 scoop (33 g~ 0,55 dl) of powder and 500 ml of cold water into a beverage bottle. Remember to drink a total of 2 litres of water per day. Water contributes to the normal regulation of body temperature, especially during exercise.
