This soft stuffed ball is made of synthetic leather and filled with wool and sand. The seams have overlapping seams to ensure the durability of the ball and are suitable for intensive use. The synthetic material ensures a comfortable and firm grip. The wall ball can be used for a variety of exercises, such as vigorous diagonal crunches, figure-eight pick-ups, burpees, or squats and presses. A medicine ball is not suitable for hitting.
