Maximum carrying capacity
It is important that you know what the maximum load capacity of your device is per part. You can find it in the pictures. If you subtract the maximum capacity from your body weight, you know how much weight you can train with. You only add your weight to the parts you can sit or lie on. Example: If you weigh 100 kg, you can train with 650 kg on the UB90 before reaching the maximum load capacity of 750 kg.
