Maximum carrying capacity
It is important to know the maximum load capacity of the equipment. The load capacity of the different parts of the training bench can be found in the picture. Subtracting your body weight from the maximum load capacity will tell you how much weight you can bench.
Example: if you weigh 100 kg, you can train with 100 kg on the WB20.
