Description
Spokey POWER medium weight training rubber:
- is a universal tool for strength training and more, which works in a similar way to an expander and can successfully replace dumbbells or chains,
- It can be used as an alternative to kettlebells and can also be used as a kettlebell, as well as a weightlifter,
- has a weight range of 15-23 kg.
It is very important to perform exercises with exercise balls to build form. Thanks to them, you can diversify your workout, engaging the muscle groups that interest you most!
