The BH Fitness Sled Run treadmill is designed for high-intensity training sessions. This treadmill offers two different running modes: Run mode, which allows speeds of up to 25 km/h, and HIIT mode, which offers unlimited running freedom and mimics the same strength and endurance as pushing a heavy object, and also allows for inclined inertia running.
