App and Tablet Holder iConsole+ is an app that helps you track your progress. Connect the app to the treadmill via Bluetooth via your phone or tablet. Plus, you can charge them via USB connection during your workout. Do you prefer watching a movie or a workout video? You can do this through the app. Measure your heart rate with the sensors on the front and also monitor other important parameters: time, distance, speed, incline and calories burned. You can also buy a chest strap to measure your heart rate if needed.
