maltodextrin; capsule shell (glazing agent – hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin (0.2%).
The product may contain milk, soya, gluten, fish and peanuts.
Recommended daily allowance:
1 capsule.
Daily dose contains:
1 mg melatonin.
Suggested use:
Take 1 capsule daily with 200 ml of water, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the daily dose.
