Calculate the correct height
Want to know how high a punching bag should hang? It should extend ten centimeters above your head, so add 10 centimeters to the height of the tallest person using the punching bag. Now you know to what length you need to adjust the chain of the punching bag and so you can attach it to the ceiling. It is best to attach the ceiling bracket to a stone or concrete ceiling.
