Trec Vit. D3 + K2 (MK-7) is a vitamin combination specifically designed for athletes. It contains an increased dose of vitamin D and is fortified with vitamin K2. Vitamin D3 is involved in the regulation of calcium and phosphorus in the body. When consumed in high amounts in its pure form, vitamin D3 can cause calcium deposition in soft tissues such as the kidneys. If vitamin D3 is taken in combination with vitamin K2, no such problem occurs. Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from building up in unwanted places and transports it to exactly where we need it – our teeth and bones. At the same time, vitamin K2 removes excess calcium from our cardiovascular system and prevents it from calcifying.

Recommended daily intake:
1 capsule.

Suggested use:
Take 1 tablet with 300ml of water, preferably after a main meal.
