The weight plate is made of rubber and has a stainless steel hole. The diameter of the hole is 50 mm, which makes the weight plate suitable for use with Olympic dumbbells. The weight plate can be attached to the dumbbell using brackets, such as spring or ABS fasteners. They must be ordered separately.
