Beyond the legends, forged from steel – the KONA LBF gravel bike is the most radical drop-bar machine to emerge from the minds of Kona’s engineers and the wild landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Turning myth into metal, it is designed for riders who take drop-bar riding far beyond their comfort zone. Steel is back in vogue, and a 100 mm travel suspension fork smooths out even the roughest terrain. The combination of SRAM Apex Eagle brake levers and powerful G2 brake calipers, specially designed for Kona, delivers mountain bike-level braking power – without having to sacrifice the comfort of drop-bar handlebars.
Sturdy Race Face rims, fitted with wider, high-grip Maxxis tyres, keep you firmly on track even when conditions get wild. From rocky backcountry descents to barely discernible singletrack trails – the LBF is ready for the wildest adventures, the kind usually only whispered about.

If you would like us to assemble the bicycle for you, select the “Bicycle Assembly” service under the “Velomarket recommends” section.
If you order bicycle assembly and home delivery by courier, the bicycle will be delivered 90–97% assembled (depending on the weight and dimensions of the bicycle ordered). The bicycle will be fully assembled and adjusted in our workshop. However, to prevent damage during transportation, we remove the pedals and turn the handlebars to the side. For bicycles with carbon fibre frames, as well as larger electric bicycles, the front wheel is also packed separately in the box.
Please note that bicycle assembly adds 1–2 business days to the order processing time.
If you would like us to install additional equipment, please indicate this in the comments field. Installation can be paid for on site or later by invoice. With courier delivery, we can install a kickstand, basket mount and mudguard mounts, but we kindly ask you to install the basket and mudguards yourself after receiving the goods.
