water, 17% apple juice from concentrated apple juice, beta-alanine; 3% lemon juice from concentrated lemon juice, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate; taurine; L-citrulline malate, anhydrous caffeine; inosine; flavourings; sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, neotame); maltodextrin; preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).

Recommended daily intake:
15 ml.
