ENERGY GEL is a professional energy gel designed for use during intense workouts. It contains high-quality carbohydrates, as well as MCT oil, beta-alanine, L-carnitine, L-arginine and L-citrulline. ENERGY GEL also contains vitamin B6, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and magnesium, which helps maintain normal muscle function and supports normal energy metabolism. ENERGY GEL is intended for people with increased physical exertion and is particularly recommended for endurance and strength athletes.
The product has an orange flavour.

water; dextrose; fructose; maltodextrin; isomaltose; MCT oil; beta-alanine; citrulline malate; L-carnitine; L-arginine; magnesium gluconate; magnesium citrates; thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); sodium chloride; fruit juice concentrates [apple, orange, blackcurrant, strawberry]; acidity regulators (potassium chloride, citric acid); preservatives (sorbic acid); pyridoxine hydrochloride; colourings (beta-carotene, anthocyanins).

Recommended use:
Take one 40 g serving (1 sachet) of the product before and during your workout. Take up to 3 servings per day. Shake well before use. Consume immediately after opening.
