Maximum carrying capacity
It is important that you know what the maximum load capacity of your device is per part. You can find it in the pictures. If you subtract the maximum capacity from your body weight, you know how much weight you can train with. You only add your weight to the parts you can sit or lie on. Example: If you weigh 100 kg, you can train with 100 kg on the SM60 before reaching the maximum load capacity of 200 kg.
Dumbbell support
The Tunturi SM60 consists of a weight bench and a Smith machine. The Smith machine is suitable for a variety of dumbbell press exercises.
Hand spin
By combining trainers with handles and a support pad, you can perform a variety of strength exercises for arms and legs. For example, biceps curl, hamstring curl or leg extension. Simply attach the appropriate number to the bottom of the scale.
Adjustable backrest
The backrest of the weight bench is adjustable. A bench is ideal for dumbbell presses if it is completely flat. If you place the backrest at an angle, it is an ideal seat for abdominal exercises, without weights or with weights.
Helper
Safety is guaranteed during your workout as you can attach the barbell at any time to strengthen the dumbbells.
