Maximum carrying capacity
It is important that you know what the maximum load capacity of your device is per part. You can find it to the right of the images. If you subtract the maximum load capacity from your body weight, you know how much weight you can load. You only calculate body weight if there are parts you can sit or lie on.
Chin lifting suspension system
The home gym also has chin-ups, push-ups and barbells. A chin-up bar or chin-up beam is ideal for chin-ups.
Low rope
All ropes move independently of each other and various accessories can be attached to them.
Bar supports
For safety and to avoid overexertion, you can attach weights to barbell supports at any time.
High rope
