A thick yoga mat for extra comfort
The Tunturi 8 mm yoga mat is ideal for all forms of yoga where you perform many poses in a lying or sitting position, such as yin yoga, yoga nidra and meditation. This is because the mat is thicker than ‘standard’ yoga mats (3–4 mm), offering extra comfort and helping you relax more quickly. Ideal if a hard floor causes discomfort at home or in the gym.

The mat is also very well suited to other forms of exercise, such as fitness and Pilates, even if you suffer from (chronic) pain or are recovering from an injury. The thickness reduces the strain on your back, legs, knees, ankles and joints.
