The Tuntur yoga mat 8 mm is ideal for all forms of yoga where you perform many poses in a lying or sitting position, such as yin yoga, yoga nidra and meditation. This is because the mat is thicker than “normal” yoga mats (3-4 mm), which provides extra comfort and allows you to relax faster.
