The Christopeit AL 2 cycloergometer is equipped with a wear-free magnetic braking system weighing around 9 kg and a silent belt transmission, which allows for a quiet workout with good concentration. The pedalling resistance can be easily adjusted to 24 levels by means of a resistance adjustment.
The user-friendly touchscreen computer has a tablet and smartphone base, with a backlit LCD screen that displays multiple indicators at once. With 10 stored workout programmes, a variety of workouts can be easily performed, as well as heart rate-tracking cardio training. 5 personalised workout programmes allow you to create your own workout plan. After your workout, a fitness test function evaluates your training results. Heart rate sensors are integrated in the handles. The saddle is adjustable vertically and horizontally, so you can choose a comfortable individual training position. Anti-skid straps on the pedals ensure a stable pedalling position.
